Malcolm Hicks, Chief Information Officer since March 2021. Prior to assuming the role of Chief Information Officer, Mr. Hicks served as Chief Data and Innovation Officer since June 2020. He joined the Bank in 2015 and served as Senior Vice President IS from 2015 to 2017, Executive Vice President, RESG Information Technology from 2017 to 2019, and Managing Director of Data Innovation and Development from 2019 to 2020. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Hicks provided senior technology leadership in various positions with RealFoundations, Intrawest, Turner Construction, Cap Gemini and Ernst & Young. He holds a B.B.A. in Management from Texas Tech University and an M.B.A. in Information Systems from Baylor University.
